Returns & Refunds


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery at Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, unworn, unused, and unwashed and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We cannot issue a refund/exchange if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase. Muund reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. All packaging must be included in your return. 

Muund is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address.

Please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Also, the original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember that the original shipping costs of the returned item/s will be deducted from your refund.

Please keep in mind that it will take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out. If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us at and we'll let you know what your next steps are.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and face masks. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not offer returns and refunds on SALE items, GIFT cards, store credit or exchanges only. Discounts used on Sale items are final sale. Final sale items are NOT eligible for a refund/exchange/store credit.
